These easy-to-prepare Amazing Grass meals have changed the way I’m cooking at home.
A few weeks ago I was feeling slow, foggy, and emotionally down. I was in a funk, and I knew my recent slip-ups with nutrition were to blame. I needed to clean out my system with foods that would hit my reset button. A 5-day real food cleanse caught my eye in the wellness aisle at Central Market, by an organic plant-based nutrition brand called Amazing Grass that I had already been adding to my smoothies.
The result? Not only did I feel back to normal after 5 days, but the recipes printed in the cleanse booklet have completely changed the way I’m cooking for both me and Dan at home. The above few are what that I’ve been making a lot of lately, and I had to share them. For those of you looking for some quick, clean recipe inspo for the summer months (that are also highly meal-preppable), you can’t go wrong with these. There are so many more delicious meals from the cleanse that have now become Morrison staples- I highly recommend trying it, just to switch up your routine and feel great in the process.
