Living at Pearl 3 years ago was great. But living at Pearl TODAY – different story. With the new Food Hall open, the Pearl Park buzzing with activity every day and evening, the DJ airstream bumping every Wednesday, and the unique concert programming happening outside of my window every week, I’m in heaven.
There’s a brand new program that just started two weeks ago that I have to share with everyone – for me, it was the icing on the cake to #Pearllife: FREE fitness programming Monday through Friday at 7am in the Pearl Park! It’s a collaboration between The Good Kind and MBS Fitness, sponsored by Pearl. Their current programming is the following:
- Monday 7am: yoga
- Tuesday 7am: boot camp
- Wednesday 7am: pilates
- Thursday 7am: boot camp
- Friday 7am: meditation
The classes are open to all levels, and are the best way to start your morning. They last from 7:00-7:45am, so not a full hour, which gives you an extra few minutes to mosey into the Food Hall 25 steps from where you just had your exercise mat and grab a healthy morning breakfast at The Good Kind. The Food Hall opens at 7am and is a great place to get an affordable grab-and-go bite, juice or smoothie. I am currently crazy about The Good Kind’s Kermit smoothie for something light, and their paleo taco for something hearty. And, of course, if a little morning sweetness is your thing, Maybelle’s Donuts is open at 7am too. 🙂
